Percival Albert Moulton, son of William Horatio and Anna Jane (Homond) Moulton, was born May 21, 1906 at Burgeo, Newfoundland, Canada and moved to Florida in 1924. He registered for the draft October 16, 1940 when he was 34 years old and living in Jacksonville. He was inducted into the Army October 26, 1943 at Camp Blanding, Florida and joined Company D, 320th Infantry Regiment as a Rifleman from the 48th Replacement Battalion September 7, 1944 when the unit was in the vicinity of Joinville, France. He was promoted to Private First Class December 8, 1944. Pfc Percival A Moulton was killed by shell fragments December 12, 1944 in the vicinity of Bliesbruck, France. He is buried at Lorraine American Cemetery, Saint Avold, France.
